1. Strip Skim coat of plaster and any loose backing plaster
2. Remove old radiator and pipe work
3. Remove old skirting and door architrave
4. Strip all old gloss paint from door frames
5. Re-plaster with bonding basecoat
6. Remove + replace all old twin earth electrical wire, back plates, sockets and switches
7. Fully skim 45m2
8. Fit all skirting Board & Architrave and Coving
9. Fit new ceiling Lights
10. Repaint all Walls & Gloss Paint Skirting, Architrave and door frames
11. Sealed floor and fitted new carpet and underlay
12 Trim door bottoms to allow for carpet clearance
