We had been looking for a new car for about 3 months and had a good idea what we wanted.
The two cars that we settled on were either the VW Golf or the Audi A3 Sport back.
After viewing and sitting in 3 Audi A3 cars neither of us got the warm feeling you have when you sit in a car you want to own.
I also looked at 2 VW Golf's, one was too old and the other had an oil leak and a number of small marks, also the owner had only had the vehicle for 2 months.
While driving past Arnold Clark we decided to pop in and have a look for Audi and Golf
We looked at 2 more Audi's but nothing captured my interest.
As I turned around I noticed a Grey Metallic VW Golf that looked very nice, the wheels set it off and after asking the sales person for car specification we discovered it had a VW Golf 140 TDI SE
The car came with a number of extras like Parking Sensors, Tyre Pressure Sensors, Part Assist, and Cruise Control.
We took the car for a test drive and loved it from the off.
The rest is history and we now are the proud owners of a VW Golf !.
